PO Administrators

Can I see current/expired dates for locations on the Purchasing Organization (“PO”) roster?
For PO locations, contract start and expired dates are shown for member locations. Navigate to the Manage Contracts tab and click on the desired location. Contract start and expired dates will be visible on the contract detail for that location.
How do I update my member roster?
Memberships can be updated using the Bulk Upload feature within the Manage Locations tab.
Can I search my members based on their MemberName ID?
Yes. MemberName ID is a search attribute.

IPN Administrators

How do I update my Integrated Physician Network (“IPN”) roster?
Memberships can be updated using the Bulk Upload feature within the Manage Locations tab.

GPO Organizations

What are my capabilities on the site?
GPO organizations can search for customer accounts that have locations currently enrolled in their GPO-specific contracts. Once in the account, they can view those specific locations in the Manage Locations tab, or look at all locations eligible for their GPO-specific contracts using the Manage Contracts tab.
Can a Group Purchasing Organization (“GPO”) enroll member locations into contracts on the site?
A GPO user cannot enroll locations or modify member location information without first being invited to do so as a GPO Delegate by a customer. Once this occurs, and the invitation is accepted, a GPO Delegate can enroll locations or modify member location information for their own GPO-specific contracts.
Can a GPO see customers enrolled in a specific contract?
GPOs can only see the members that have enrolled in their GPO-specific contracts. This would include any GPO-specific vaccine or pharmaceutical product programs. An export button located within the Manage Locations tab allows you to download all your locations. If you wish to view or download locations on specific contracts, you can select the contract under the Manage Contracts tab to view the locations enrolled in or eligible for that contact. Select the Export button to export these locations into an Excel spreadsheet.

Customer Delegates

How do I gain access to My Merck Accounts?
You must be invited by an owner of an account within My Merck Accounts and accept the email invitation and attestation. You will also be required to set up a Single Sign-On user profile.
What are my capabilities on the site?
You can see all account requests and may perform any work with approval from the account owner, including work on a DPA once linked.
Can I enroll locations into contracts on the site?
You may add locations to the account and enroll locations into contracts on the site. It will then require approval by the account owner before it is reviewed by a Merck eligibility analyst.
Can I perform Direct Purchase Account (“DPA”) functions?
Once you link to the same DPA as the account approver, you will be able to perform similar DPA functions (e.g., applications, modifications, and closures).

GPO Delegates

What are my capabilities on the site?
After accepting a customer’s invitation, you can view and modify customer location information and enroll locations into your own GPO-specific contracts.
Can I perform Direct Purchase Account (“DPA”) functions?
No, currently GPO Delegates cannot perform DPA functions (e.g., applications, modifications, and closures).
