Below are FAQs and topics related to site navigation on My Merck Accounts.
 How can I add and enroll multiple locations at one time?
You can enroll multiple locations at once using the Bulk Upload feature. Once loaded, you will automatically be prompted to confirm the contracts via the Manage Contracts tab. Simply locate the contract you wish to enroll under Manage Contracts and select locations added for enrollment.
 How can I receive a listing of all locations on contract?
An export button in the Manage Locations tab allows you to download all your locations into an Excel spreadsheet. If you wish to download locations on a specific contract, you can select the contract under the Manage Contracts tab, select the desired contract and hit Export.
 Where can I locate the template to load multiple locations at once (Bulk Upload)?
The Bulk Upload template will only be provided on the My Merck Accounts site. Users can download the template at any time to share with others. It is found under the Manage Locations tab.
 Can I see my enrollment request date and contract start date?
Yes. Contract start dates, end dates, and submitted dates are shown on the site.
 What contracts will be visible on the site for a given account/location?
All eligible contracts are available for the account locations, based on their Group Purchasing Organization (“GPO”) and facility types. Most pharmaceutical and vaccine product programs are included.
 Can I make a GPO change for all locations using the Bulk Upload feature?
Yes. Simply download the Excel template associated with the Bulk Upload feature. Enter all impacted locations into the Excel template with the new GPO selected, then upload. The system will recognize the GPO change and will prompt a Merck Analyst to validate the GPO membership and convert existing contract enrollment to similar contracts within the new GPO.
 How do I make an address change if a location relocates?
All locations can be edited in the Manage Locations tab.
 How can I remove a location from my account?
Go to the Manage Locations tab in My Merck Accounts. Select the location you wish to delete, then click on the Unlink Location button. This will unlink this location from your account. Certain contracts may require unenrollment prior to being unlinked; follow all prompts to complete the unlinking process.
 How can I add a location to my account?
Go to the Manage Locations tab in my Merck Accounts. There is an Add Location button to add locations one at a time and a Bulk Upload button to add multiple locations to the portal. If the location you are trying to add is already on a Merck contract or pricing program, the system will ask if you want to link the location to your account. If no location is found, the system will prompt you to create a new location.
 How can I see a location(s) linked to my account?
Go to the Manage Locations tab in My Merck Accounts. From the Search page, select the Show All Locations button to view all locations on your account, or use the Search page to find the particular location you are looking for. You may also use the Export button to download all locations linked to your account into an Excel spreadsheet. By clicking into a specific location, you are able to view which contracts in which the specific location is enrolled.
 How can I see a location(s) enrolled in a contract?
To see location(s) enrolled in a specific contract, go to the Manage Contracts tab in My Merck Accounts and click on the name of an appropriate contract. A Search page will pop up; you may use the Search page to find the particular location you are looking for or select the Show All Locations button to view all locations eligible for or enrolled in the selected contract. You may also use the Export button to download all locations linked to your account and their specific contract status into an Excel spreadsheet.
 How can I see locations in my system not attached to my account?
If these are locations that are already on a Merck contract but not listed, you will need to link them. From the Manage Locations tab, click on the Link Locations button and search for your location using its DEA number, HIN, 340B ID, DPA number, or Merck member name ID. If it is a location that is not currently on a Merck contract, you can add it by selecting either the Add Location or Bulk Upload buttons.
 How can I view locations that are enrolled in a specific contract and see locations that are eligible but not currently enrolled?
All eligible contracts are displayed in the Manage Contracts tab. If you select a contract/pricing program and then select the Show All Locations button, you will then be able to view all eligible and enrolled locations linked to your account for that contract/pricing program. If you scroll to the right, you will see the column with enrollment status specific to the applicable contract. Any locations with a blank status indicate they are not enrolled.
 How can I see contracts that a specific location is eligible for?
Go to the Manage Locations tab, and either search for the specific location you wish to view or click the Show All Locations button and select from the locations in the list. From the View This Location page, the list of current and eligible contracts is shown. Those with a start date are enrolled.
 How can I change contract(s) for specific location(s)?
Go to the Manage Locations tab, and either search for the specific location you wish to view or click the Show All Locations button and select from the locations in the list. From the View This Location page, select the contracts/pricing programs you wish to update by selecting the check boxes next to the contract/pricing program names, and clicking the Update Contracts for this Location button.
 How can I add a delegate user to my account?
Go to the Account Profile tab. Click on the Add Delegate User button that appears at the top-right of the Manage Delegate Users section and follow the steps to add a new or existing My Merck Accounts user as a delegate for your account.
 Can I remove a delegate user from my account?
Yes. Go to the Account Profile tab and select the red minus icon to remove the user.
 How can I see location and enrollment requests submitted by a delegate user?
Go to the Requests tab to access a list of all active requests. Active requests are requests that need clarification and/or requests from a delegate user that need to be reviewed and approved.
 How do I approve an active request from a delegate user?
Go to the Requests tab. Open the detailed view for an active request by selecting the Request ID Number or the Case ID Number. To approve or decline the submitted request, select either the Approve Case or Decline Case button.
 Can I approve or decline multiple requests at once?
Yes. Go to the Requests tab and select the check boxes that appear to the left of the requests to be approved or declined. Select either the Approve or Decline button that appears at the top-left of the Requests list.
 Can I view my closed requests?
Yes. Go to the Requests tab and select Archived Requests at the top-right of the Requests table. All closed requests within the last year will appear.
 What happens when a request is declined?
If a submitted request is declined, it must be resubmitted as a new request with the necessary requirements.
